I attended the Dream Collective 2 day program focused on emerging leaders that took place in Singapore. The 2 days were set to really focus on understanding ourselves more, visualizing what kind of leaders we want to be, and how we can get there. Many of the conclusions/ goals that came out of this were things that I had thought about, but never took the time to write it down, and really think about how I can get to it - action oriented. The setting was also intimate enough to get to know the other members in the room. Overall, my experience was very well worth my time, and would recommend it to anyone who is ambitious about their career and need some guidance.

Phase 2: Bespoke Training
Bespoke 6 weeks learning program (3 x 90 min sessions).

Learning Experience
TDC Global has been designing and facilitating Inclusive Leadership Programs for many years. In the last 12 months alone, there has been a significant increase in the criticalness of engaging managers to improve psychological safety in their teams to improve performance. Through our work with 1,000s of managers, we have an acute awareness of how managers desire to be engaged in this area. Therefore, our new approach to Inclusive Leadership achieves the following key objectives:
- Help them achieve “actual” behavioural change
- Not conceptual, but action oriented sessions
- Real-time, specific and individual feedback
- Focus on individual growth and enablement with follow ups

Learning Outcomes
Participants will learn:

- How to understand their own lens as a leader, and how to harness their power and strengths to foster inclusion
- How to identify and overcome biases and triggers that manifest in the workplace
- Best-practice tools to foster psychologically safe environments
- The power of language in building inclusion and exclusion at work
- How to identify inclusive language and exclusive language
Participants will also hear real-life experiences of inclusion to increase leadership buy-in of DEI, and co-create an individual action plan to work towards embedding inclusive leadership into their daily practice.

I have never experienced a training program quite like this - I left inspired, confident and with tangible actions on how to keep working towards my goals. I attended the Emerging Leaders Program conducted by the Dream Collective. It was a great course over 2 days that covered many areas that I wanted to learn about, such as elevating my personal brand, having courageous conversations in the workplace, and understanding emotional intelligence. The course really provided a framework of actionable steps instead of purely theory, which eliminated the abstract nature of many similar courses. And as an added bonus, Alicia who ran the program was a joy to be around. Thank you Dream Collective!

I truly enjoyed the bootcamp with Dream Collective! The program was very comprehensive and there was the right combination between theory and practical exercises. It really provides you with the framework to identify the strenghts and weaknesses in the workplace as well as how to work on them. I definitely feel I now have a much more solid plan on the steps and actions I need to put in place to achieve my vision. Very empowering!

I attended the Dream Collective 2 day program focused on emerging leaders that took place in Singapore. The 2 days were set to really focus on understanding ourselves more, visualizing what kind of leaders we want to be, and how we can get there. Many of the conclusions/ goals that came out of this were things that I had thought about, but never took the time to write it down, and really think about how I can get to it - action oriented. The setting was also intimate enough to get to know the other members in the room. Overall, my experience was very well worth my time, and would recommend it to anyone who is ambitious about their career and need some guidance.
